After high school, I went to study landscape architecture.
At first, I did it only because I got a budget place and I loved nature.
After spending five years studying, I realized that I liked it and was really good at it.
However, when I started working, something was still missing.
A couple of years later, completely unintentionally, I had the opportunity to learn the profession of mediator – and it fascinated me.
I also started learning about non-violent communication, practicing and using this knowledge in my work with people – colleagues, teachers, young people at risk.
Once, after an emotionally difficult experience in an orphanage, I talked to my colleague.
I listened to her, supported her, strengthened her.
After the conversation, she said to me:
“You are such a good supervisor.”
At that moment, I didn’t even know what a supervisor was.
I started reading, searching, delving deeper.
I started attending supervision myself and later enrolled in university to study this profession.
I saw the meaning in it — not only to support others, but also to improve the quality of my own life.
Each of us has experienced fatigue, burnout, or a sense of meaninglessness in our lives — and also at work.
Supervision helps us look deeper, ask important questions, and take the first steps in a different direction.
Today I am in a place where I feel the desire to share this.
That there is a way to not be alone with what we carry.
That there is a space where you can stop, look around, and start moving with greater clarity.
Therefore, I invite you to strengthen your inner strength. If you want, I can support you.
